Open Question: How can i get into the university of notre dame?

I just turned 16, and i'm a sophomore in high school. my grades are around C's and B's, and a few A's. my dad's side of the family is alumni at the university, i start quarterback on my varsity high school football team and i led the county in statistics (passing, touchdown passes, passing yards, etc.) i stopped playing basketball just this year (although i do attend a smaller school in Northwestern Pennsylvania) i'm going to a football camp out there and have been to notre dame university multiple times, it's my dream school, but i dont think i have the grades or the athletic ability to attend at this prestigious university, and play on the football field, (im a 6 foot 4 sophomore, and 180 lbs.) somebody please help me find the requirements to get into Notre dame and be a golden domer! additional information would be great too! thank you!...
